This event again was very successful.  See you next year!

More than 900 alumni, friends and families enjoyed a hearty pancake breakfast during the Roosevelt Foundation's Annual Pancake Breakfast, held in the School Cafeteria on Sunday, April 17, 2011.

Plan now to attend the 15th Annual RHS Foundation Breakfast.
You might consider this a mini reunion, since '62 classmates do attend.

DATE, TIME, & LOCATION

Sunday, April 22nd from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Roosevelt High School lunchroom
4029 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Tickets are sold only at the front door on that day.

$5 for Adults
$3 for Children (10 and Under)

 TO MEET UP WITH FRIENDS AT THE BREAKFAST

The south gym (boys' gym) is available for casual conversation and coffee.
Individual tables will be set up by decades.  You may sign a sheet as you would a guest book to let people know you are there.  This is an opportunity to visit with other classmates from each graduation decade, while enjoying light refreshments.

Times Designated for Gathering

RAFFLE

Raises money for student scholarships and RHS staff grants.  This is a raffle you don't want to miss! 
There are many chances to win since the drawings are held hourly, with over 100 prizes available. 
Tickets are $1 or six for $5 and are sold in the lunchroom during the entire breakfast.

BUILDING TOURS

Tours led by the principal or other staff member, are available on the half-hour.  There are gatherings in the South gym (boys' gym as we knew it), an opportunity to visit with other classmates.

SPECIAL FEATURE

A special feature of this year's breakfast was an all-school reunion of wrestlers, who celebrated induction into the Minnesota Wrestling Hall of Fame of long-time coach Jim Dotseth. 
This took place from 10-12 p.m.

ENTERTAINMENT

 Often times students provide entertainment.  Students also assist guests to their tables with beverages in tow. 
The re-filling of coffee is so very helpful as well.  The students do an excellent job!

ELEVATOR & PARKING

An elevator is accessible for those who need it. 
A transportation drop-off spot is provided in front of the school building.  If street parking is full, the staff or student parking lots are
made available to everyone.
